Course in good condition. At £10 per round it's absolute excellent value for money

Pretty good course, room for improvement
The 18 hole course features good holes, including some water features of which are well separated however the condition of greens and some putting greens really let it down. On the saturday afternoon I played the pace was awful, had to stop for 5 minutes before being able to tee off.This would be excusable but for the price, on a weekend you are paying at least best part of £30.
The 9 hole makes for great practise but suffer from the same problems as above.

Wavendon greens were in very good conditions in comparison to other courses played recently. It is a relatively short course but it has its challenges (i.e. high trees in the middle of fairway!)

First playing this course, the condition of the fairways and greens were fantastic, there are some really open fair ways and a number fairways where you will to have a more accurate shot to keep out of the trees. I would recommend this course to all handicaps

Having just taken up golf I was recommended wavendon as it has a relaxed environment and its not to intimidating for a beginner. The par 3 course is excellent to learn on and a good test.on a Monday you can get on the 18 hole for just £10 which is an absolute bargain even if I did zig zag across the course.

Course isn't too bad at all, bit short maybe for my liking.Tight in places with plenty of hazards to catch you out.
Greens were in good condition.
Very good value at £10 mid week

The worse course in all of herts beds and bucks, Never again, Rather like playing in a muddy field with long grass, Bunkers unplayable. Tee boxes disgusting.

This course requires a £50 CASH deposit for buggy hire. This fact is NOT mentioned on it's website.
Directions to the next tee are poor in places where they are required.

Wavendon is currently the best conditions that's been in for some years. I recommend that anyone pays a visit as I believe they will be pleasantly surprised.

very nice greens. Signage is not very good from hole to hole. Really nice course for high handicapper - its not too long

Total joy to play ! Even though the weather was showery and overcast. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The course was in great condition. Good for the high handicapper (me) but with enough twists and turns to make anyone think about shot selection. Really looking forward to returning soon !!!

Good value for money , greens in excellent condition , expect some traffic ahead due to its popularity, all holes have unexpected hazards to make you think a little more in club selection . overall a pleasurable experience.

Played the course in early December 2013 under a great Amazon Local deal of £28 for 4 of us. Many mature trees, so lots of leaves on the course, which was probably the only negative factor.
Tees were a little bare (to be expected this time of year). Fairways were good. Bunkers played very well, and the greens were superb for any time of year, but especially for December.
