Short, but interesting Course
Wavendon is a lovely little course. Although it's quite short, there are a few hole where you have to think!Such a shame that by the end of October, the whole place will be bulldozed for a massive housing development.................Criminal!!!!

Lovely course

£10 - A bargain, greens were good
Play this course in the summer twilight, for a tenner it is pretty decent value. Course was in ok condition but can be hit or miss.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 72 Handicap: )

Excellent Value
Course suitable for higher handicap players. Course in reasonable condition though some greens had holes in them.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 92 Handicap: 21.9)

Really is a very nice and friendly course that welcomes all. Played here for years, forgiving, but still offers a challenge.

Better now it's dried out!
Nice course, sadly lacking in drainage in certain areas but plays better now it's dried out. Have played here several times and enjoy it.Reviewer Rating

Course in very good condition - greens very even paced - lots of cut grass on the fairways though which was disappointing

Just recovered from winter

Going downhill fast
Course in poor condition. Lack of care starting to show through. Course had been cut but clippings left everywhere, so every fairway and most greens were covered. Great recent weather so no excuse really other than laziness or lack of care from green keepers. Most other local courses are priced the same so I?d definitely check them before going back here for a game. Shame as it is a decent course.Reviewer Rating

Course waterlogged, water on greens, goose poo all over the place, first tee half a mile away and have to walk down the main road to get to it.

Winter course maintenance.
I've played the course many many times this year without complaint. However, this weekend I was very surprised at the amount of residual snow & ice on three of the 18 greens. Reason for dissatisfaction is due to portions of those greens had been cleared, leaving a small portion of green to putt on.It wouldn't have taken much more effort to clear them completely & enjoyed the full potential of the course, especially that the remainder of the greens which were snow & ice free were in very good condition considering the recent weather conditions. Poor course management in my opinion.

Pretty good course, room for improvement
The 18 hole course features good holes, including some water features of which are well separated however the condition of greens and some putting greens really let it down. On the saturday afternoon I played the pace was awful, had to stop for 5 minutes before being able to tee off.This would be excusable but for the price, on a weekend you are paying at least best part of £30.
The 9 hole makes for great practise but suffer from the same problems as above.

Course is in great condition and no slow play on a Sunday. The greens are slow but they have just been treated.

Reasonable course giving value for money
Rather flat course, reasonably maintained near to Woburn Sands and Milton Keynes. Club house needs some TLC, but staff are friendly and welcoming. Good large driving range,Reviewer Rating

Great value for money
Wavendon is a great set up with a short, but challenging 18 hole course and a superb 9 hole course that is ideal for those wanting a quick round after work.Prices for both courses are fair with an 18 hole round as cheap as ?12 off-peak.
The 18 hole course isn't the longest, but requires accuracy to get round with a decent score. I'd say the back 9 is slightly easier than the front 9.
Overall, a good facility that offers great value for money.

Enjoyable course, great value
Enjoyed the round here. Seems to be cheaper than other local courses (Sunday paid £17 for 18 holes at 14:00).(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 101 Handicap: 28)
