Overpriced
Course was not particularly well maintained - fairways looked like they hadn't seen a mower in a while.Quite short, albeit tight - if you're confident with your long irons though shouldn't be much of a challenge. The two par 5s are very reachable in 2.
Greens are reasonably interesting however, although not very fast.

Narrow tough course, anything not straight will be under the trees which is a bit of a nightmare to find with all the leaves. Gives a good challenge which can be fun. Greens in poor condition. Lack of etiquette too.

Testing, but cramped. Greens poor. Dangerous in places due to close proximity of fairways to each other. A wayward shot can in places cross 3 fairways. Worth a visit if only as a challenge.

I would recommend that any one coming to vivary park does not come thinking that it is easy because of the length of the course It is a testing course that requires you to be very accurate due to the narrowness of the fairways and unlimited trees that line them

lots of trees and narrow fairways. greens are in very good condition. a course that is suitable to all handicaps

Not a bad course but sometimes very frustrating. Due to slow play usually by full time members playing 4 ball who seem to just ignore 2 balls trying to get through. A tight course which now gets very busy some days because of Taunton vale closing quite a few on the course don't understand the etiquette mostly the older ones
