Good value all round
Nice course and great facilities. Worth playing and friendly reasonable value. Picking up as the season gets going and in decent state. 9 hole starter course as well and nice driving range. Good place to get going and worth a round if you are looking for a fairly easy work.Reviewer Rating

Best value course around
£30 for weekday morning. Round in 3 hours (in buggy). No hold ups. Greens in fantastic condition but lightning fast. Fairways well kept and challenging hole routings around water.Superb as always.

Short, boring, cramped and over oriced
The course is in reasonable condition, the greens have 18 different speeds. There were a few decent holes but none worth remembering, players are all over the place, when you are teeing off, and balls are flying left right and centre, it’s no fun. The claims must be substantial here. Teeing off with a green 10 meters to your left or right is bordering stupidity. To be fair, it feels like 18 holes have been crammed into a 9 hole. I certainly wouldn’t come again. The weekend cost of £37.50 is way too much. Definitely a £20 a round golf course.Reviewer Rating

Tight
This is a nine hole course played twice to make 18. Tight fairways with many trees. The second par 5 is particularly tough needing two good shots then a shot to the green over water.Fiarways are in good condition. However, the greens need to be in better condition.

Very disappointed to be charged full green fees this winter with so many temp greens, tee,s half way down the fairways, one par four was only 80Yards long, temp tee and temp green. Whilst I appreciate its difficult for the green keepers I feel that the management should not be so greedy and compensate for the fact of these conditions. Very poor management and lack of foresight. I wonder how many other groups won't return because of this, I know we won't. On a plus side the bar staff where very friendly.Reviewer Rating

Needs an Overhaul
Played with two friends who suggested we try this day planned for 18 and something to eat and drink afterwards. The course has great potential but looks really shabby. Greens had been hollow toned bit no notice of this and this made putting in the end a joke.If they have had a company in to do this then they should get their money back. The tee boxes are awful full of homes and Un- level, overall appearance of the course looks wild an overgrown. When we came in we mentioned the hollow timing to the lady behind the desk and she was not bothered . We went into the bar area, not many people in b it this is possibly down to the lack of food options. In the end we turned round and went to the pub round the corner called the Trent Lock n ear the river - food was really good thereReviewer Rating
