On a wet and breezy day the greens were in great condition, certainly better than I expected. Very pleasant welcome and easy to find just off the MI.

For me this is the best course in Sheffield. Lots spoken about hallamshire but the variation of holes and true of the greens makes this a very good and fair course to play.

Played here for £18 using "Teeofftimes". Absolute bargain considering what £18 gets in other places in the area. Really well kept course that was a pleasure to play on, despite struggling for much of the round. No doubt I will be back to play it again in the near future. Hopefully with better results knowing the lie of the land, because there are more than a few tee-shots into the unknown for the first-time visitor.

Course in immaculate condition, Greens run true and at a med to fast pace. the only down was on a 2 for 1 they charged the day rate not the round which is another £10. £29 per round is decent value for this course.

Great course tight fairways, and punitive rough if away from short stuff, green in great condition and providing a true roll.
