Played Sutton Hall for the first time and the course was in excellent condition. In general the course has wide fairways and fantastic greens. You do need to be in the right place on a few fairways but this course is a good test. The scorecard includes plans of each hole with yard ages which is a great innovation. Didn't use the clubhouse so can't comment on that.

Beautiful rolling country course. Greens were in top notch condition.
Only criticism in my opinion are some of the harsh out of bounds. Some are very tight & narrow for a high handicapper.

Challenge with firm greens
I love Sutton Hall, each hole presents a different challenge. The Fairways and greens were in top condition (although the green have firmed and aren't very receptive), some of the tee boxes need a little attention as they were becoming scruffy with weeds and longer grass.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 85 Handicap: 14.6)

really good option for west cheshire area
lengthy parkland course played in some wind and rain made for a tough but very enjoyable round. Will return(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 107 Handicap: 21.3)

1pm tea time, like millionaires golf. Course was very quiet. Very good value for money but fairways could do with a cut.
