Lovely little course
Nice course, well kept. Enjoyable course, not too crowded and tricky in parts. It has matured since I last played 10 years ago.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 44 Handicap: )

As a 28 handicapper I find the course challenging with its range of obstacles - trees, trees, trees, water and bunkers (as do lower handicappers!). The 'ridge and furrow' terrain on some of the fairways results in interesting, and occasionally, disastrous deflections. Well kept course that insists on'hedgehogs in winter and uses winter tees and greens in adverse weather. Good clubhouse and driving range. Good friendly club for novice and expert alike.

having played at sherdons over the past few weeks
i have found the course to be laid out well, with a good mix of levels of difficulty for the mid to high handicappers, the course is well loked after, fairways are forgiving and the greens fairly true,
there is a very good clubhouse, and helpfull and polite staff, overall the course is value for money at £10.00 per 9 holes,
