Have had a great experience here in the past but the most recent visit was a disappointment.
Course was fine but experience in training area was not pleasant. Lots of spectators and two people in bays. felt claustrophobic.

Perhaps I was expecting too much from the course after looking at its website and reading reviews but was very disappointed.The course had a scruffy feel to it. The bunkers in particular were very poor.I would not recommend using the bar afterwards as the service was extremely poor and food awful.

This course is set in a very nice part of the country. But the course does not live up expectations. Greens, fairway and most of tees are good but some of the bunkers are poor and the course just wasn't that interesting. A shame as it was such a nice day. Also in comparison to 'home' courses, was on the expensive side for a Visitor

Enjoyed my potter around the 9 hole. Not liking I cannot book as a single golfer but didn't have to wait long. Nice little course. If I could book in advance I would come back

Got hit with a ball after pair behind me kept on playing really close. Course was playing deathly slow. Now apologies or sign of remorse from those behind. Will not return. Now reading other reviews I am not alone

Not for the serious golfer
Good little course but too many social golfers having a laugh. Great for societies and stag do's not for someone trying to play seriously due to slow play and unsociable behaviour.Reviewer Rating

Got to tee at my tee time. People there had been told to go out. It'll be ok ignoring the fact that the tee time was already booked. Spent entire round as a two-ball stuck behind a slow 4-ball.

Driving range is expensive compared to others with similar facilities. 9 holes is short and the 18 hole option has barely any difference compared to 9. Other 9 holes courses I've played 18 on have completely different tee locations. Once you've played once no need to come back.

Played here today. Was ok not the best but not the worst. Couple of real bottlenecks. Some players not shouting fore lead to a close encounter.

Not good for single golfer. Just turn up and they will hopefully fit you in. Cannot book to practice as a solo player.

It's a meh course. Can't really play 18 as the tees used for the 2nd round is not much different placement. Have played much better 18 holes on 9 hole courses with variety of tee locations for 2nd round.

Balls constantly rolling up behind you. Feel bullied by other players. I was keeping up with those in front. Do not feel safe as a female golfer. Greens good, bunkers not looked after. Will not return
