Nice laid out course in rolling countryside with some smashing views and variety of wildlife and trees. A long course for the big hitters but ok for higher handicappers providing you play straight as the rough can be punishing. Some water and other hazards but not overdone. Greens very good and true. Bunkers also fine. Quite flat, except around the middle of the back nine. Club house, pro shop and practice facilities great as well. Staff friendly with nice food and quick service - even though the course was surprisingly quiet for a Friday. Would recommend and play again

long course but playable for most handicap golfers.fairways and greens in very good condition but bunkers like most courses lacking a bit of sand.very enjoyable course helpful in pro shop and very nice clubhouse .

Good course, greens had just been aireated so a little bumpy and unpredictable.

Nice course long and testing if you are not a big hitter. Greens and fairways where nice when they thawed out!! Would like to play again in better weather.

very long, too long, nice to play but for my personal game it was just very very tough. i wont rush back but can understand if other bigger hitters get along well with the course

A very long and, to be frank, pretty boring round of golf. The course has little in the way of features and relys on its length alone to test.
It is over priced as well £35 in the summer, no way in the world is it worth that! They do offer a '2 for 1' deal, but this is misleading as you have to pay for a full days golf rather than a single round to get half price golf.
The pros in the staff shop have got chips on their shoulders and don't make visitors particulary welcome, shame as there is a nice clubhouse, good food and a decent driving range available.
Much better courses and deals around than this place I am afraid!
