Bowring Park Golf Club Is On The Up.
Knowsley Council are investing in the golf course. There is a new carpark for starters and I'm sure that with things getting back to 'normal' there will be investment in the golf course itself. The golf course is in good condition and with a little TLC the greens can be made perfect, they are a bit patchy and slow at the moment. The bunkers too need a little work but overall for a municipal golf course it's in good condition.Reviewer Rating

Tip top condition
Played many times, superb condition after lockdown. Especially the greens. Even bunkers were reasonably smooth without any rakes allowed. Well worth ?23 green fee.Reviewer Rating

Not played here in a while, but was very impressed with the course quality and set up. Greens were very good.

Lovely course
Played this course is the summer for the first time. Having played there in the winter it was great to play off the normal tees and use the summer par 3 11th. Greens were very impressive and would play again(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 82 Handicap: 11.6)

Potentially a great course
Really nice course. Played in feb so on temporary greens but the layout of the course is cery good. With a little more tending-to it could be a real gem.(Round played: Feb 2018 - Score: 90 Handicap: 20.6)
