Brilliant course, play it every year
Challenging links course with amazing scenery. It's important to hit the fairway and hit low if the wind is strong(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 84 Handicap: 24)

Links at its toughest
Lahinch is a tough zchallenge where length in your drives is crucial and penal if you do not reach the 200 yard carry to make the fairway. This is no problem on a calm day or with the wind on your back but our experience was that the wind turned after about nine and we seemed to be into the wind for most of the round (of course if younare playing poorly you need some excuse). Condition of fairways and grass paths is superb and the money spent here in recent years is clearly evident for all to see.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 99 Handicap: 19.3)

Incredible golf course. Brutal but brilliant. Wish I'd booked a caddie though because there are an awful lot of blind shots. Doubt there is a better links course in the world (I've played a fair few).

A fantastic course that is a joy to play. There are long carries off the tee boxes but the run on the fairways is encouraging.....the secret is to hit the fairways. The bunkers are challenging! If one ever gets the chance to play......take it.

Old Course - what a course - a tough test of golf and stamina (hilly). Some fantastic holes in fabulous condition. I definitely want to come back and play it again.
Castle Course - A gentle relief after the Old course. Shorter, less hilly and less demanding but still very good quality greens and not to be taken lightly.
The club house, facilities and staff were the best, friendliest, most helpful of anywhere I have ever played. Fantastic facilities and people. I will hopefully get the chance to visit again.
