Great course , challenging and gives you the opportunity to perfect your golf skills. Friendly staff, great driving range floodlit for darker evenings. Excellent pro Richard Sadler, membership very reasonable. Buggies and trolleys available to hire.

lovely setting bu the course did not live up to its surrounding, poor greens and some un-kept parts of the course, not worth £30 a round

Last played course 3 years ago. Set in pleasant surroundings demanding accurate positioning. Price was £25 for a round (which felt edging on high for condition of course then) and now £30 for a round. Sad to see that course seems to have been let go. 8 bunkers (GUR). Other bunkers with very poor sand. Greens looking worse for wear. Tee mats very much worse for wear and tee markers faded. Receptionist not overly friendly. A shame as set in delightful settings for walking round. Almost seemed that visitors being penalised with increased fee to try and cover course maintenance.

Play here occasionally as a guest of my dad, who's a member. Much improved in recent(ish) years as they've extended the course and changed the order of the holes to move up from the glorified P&P it used to be. Much better to play in summer, off real tees - the lower holes are a pain in the wet as you can sink up to your ankles.
Not the hardest as most holes are either short or open and it's usually pretty forgiving if you stray from the fairway but a decent, fun round.

Ignore the negative comments, the course was in immaculate condition, excellent fairways and nice greens and tee boxes. Front nine is interesting and quite challenging, however the back nine can be a bit of a grind, a few long par fours - long and straight - of you're long off the tee you should lap them up. Friendly staff and members.

Very friendly club with facilities improving all the time. The course is a good test for all levels of player with many of the holes rewarding those with a strong fade/slice!

The practice holes are a real bonus as they are very well maintained.

The greens are fairly quick, but not that consistent across the course. In winter, the course has a tendency to hold water in the low valley area.

Players will enjoy some tricky par 4s and long par 5s. Something for everyone!

Killiow has improved a lot over the past few years, and is a beautiful course well kept and enjoyable to play. The greens are pretty quick but that is probably due to the weather at the moment, with two of the par 5's over 500 yards the course certainly tests you’re driving ability and short game. The facilities are excellent and it is good to see that they have decent practice holes (which used to part of the original course before it was redesigned). They have a decent driving range and a nice club house. All in all a very good course to play and I would say belong too.
