Course permanently closed
Clubhouse in ruins and course so overgrown it’s difficult to even tell where the fairways were let alone the greens. Looks like it folded as a golf club ages ago. Only popped in to give the range a go but nothing there either.Reviewer Rating

Good layout but poor quality
Couldn't tell the difference between fairway and rough, greens weren't cut short enough to warrant being used as greens. Need some tlc for all the weeds and mushrooms on the fairway. Just poor quality for the ?27 a round they wanted to charge. The driving range and practice areas were non existent also.Reviewer Rating

Could be a lot better
Great company on a course that could be so much better, course needs a bit of extra care and attention and staff could be more welcoming, not the warmest of welcomes but an enjoyable round of golf mostly down to the company(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 86 Handicap: 20.5)

The green on the 3rd is ridiculous with it being like concrete & sloping right to left with two tiers, hit your put just an ounce too hard or slightly off course & you'll do well to get it down in 2 from where you end up (basically one of the worst greens in the country).
The walk from 10 to 11 is long & up hill.
11 to 15 are very open & exposed add another shot on a windy day.
The majority of the greens have no life & are rockhard, and to top it all off from november to may you have to play off mats that are too small & always full up with broken tee ends thus making it extremely difficult for you to set yourself up for your tee shot.

Pretty Parkland Course
Course, greens, fairways and bunkers in much better condition and vast improvement to when played August 2017. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Course set in valley on Killiow estate. Course to suit all handicappers but demands additional accuracy when playing the holes in the valley. Pretty course and very much enjoyed our round.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 26.1)

Scenic course worth a visit
Scenic course in two halves. Outward 9 in valley opening out for back 7 holes returning 2 valley for last 2 holes. Demands accuracy but will suit all handicappers. Course in reasonable condition on fairways and greens. Bunkers and tees need some attention. Having played over many years feel that some holes ruined due to Football/Rugby golf courses and holiday chalets introduced. Experience sadly tarnished by welcome on arrival being not so accomodating. For green fees charged do not feel course lives up to fee(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 104 Handicap: 24.5)
