Nice Course
Great little courseQuite a challenge as regards being a links type of course
Not particularly long.
Greens very good - but some ongoing work on a couple - sanding etc
Fairways good - sheep graze on a few, but in a nice way. It's a true golf course so don't let the sheep comment put you off

Society golf
2nd time playing this course and again really enjoyed it.A links type course up on top of a hill.Played in decent weather both times I have been here but I?d bet it's brutal on a wet & windy day.I will look forward to our next visit to this great course.

Hollywell GC 2nd November
Having never played this course before I wasn't sure what to expect but what a pleasant surprise.The layout is fantastic with some really great holes that will challenge golfers of all abilities (I play off 28) and managed to get round in 101.It's links type set up is fantastic although we did have a really calm day so I can imagine it could be brutal on a windy day.
Well worth a trip out though and the added bonus was that the breakfast that we had was bang on as well.

Although my game didn'g show it, it is a great course and in excellent condition, verh friendly atmosphere on the course and in club house(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 104 Handicap: 27.6)

Played today in freezing but dry conditions. Course drains well and in good condition for the time of year. Welcoming staff for our society. Generally a good day.

Played the course with a member in dry calm conditions. The course was in good condition with excellent fast greens. Few blind shots and dog legs, main obsticals are gorse bushes which line some tight holes. All in all a good course and an enjoyable round.

Played this course in the October sunshine, flat but very interesting, no two holes alike. Plenty of sheep but they add to the diversity with the quarries! Must give it another go.
