Hidden gem
A beautiful parkland course with stunning views. Corse was in excellent condition especially after all the heavy rain previously. Superbly manicured challenging greens. I didn't visit the clubhouse I will do that on my next visit. Seriously if this club was for sale I would buy it!Reviewer Rating

Great little course, only let down by poor greens. Needed cutting and rolling. Tees ok, fairways and rough very good. Quite a hilly course, but short, so ideal for a quick 9. I didn't use any of the facilities apart from the course, so cannot comment on them.

Second time I've played this very challenging course, as it is narrow with fairways close to one another and a lot of climbing. But this aside the course is very well looked after and will definitely return to play again. Excellent value for money as you don't get many places only charging £10 for a round

Always enjoyable played late evening so clubhouse open this is not the case in the day which is what deters more people playing here I believe

A 9 hole course doubled up to an 18 off diffrent tees. A decent course and maintained to a decent level. Not a enjoyable experience well playing there on a sunday during a competition for members. Got a very snobbery attitude and the welcoming wasnt pleasant. The fairways are so close togther that when walking from one tee i nearly got killed by a ball from the opposite fairway, best advice given is to stay aware at all times. Overall the course is great value at £10 for 18 holes, even if the members are a bit above their station.

An electric trolley is a must on this course. the par 5 third hole is all uphill, it rises 120 feet from tee to green. The course is very well kept & the greens are first class. A very challenging course for all standard of golfers
