A good public course for accurate players!
This the second time I have played at Haste Hill GC. As others have written, the clubhouse has been closed for ages but the course has a rural feel and is a good challenge for fit and competent golfers; it is hilly and you will need to be an accurate player rather than a big hitter, otherwise you will be in all sorts of trouble and end up having to let others through. The tee boxes are still not present, signage is good, fairways have been cut and the greens have been scarified recently. Haste Hill GC is a lot better than than some other public or private courses I have played at and for the money I doubt it can be beaten. The groundstaff were considerate, by either cutting their engine or making sure they weren't in range of a shot, in the same way that they are at private members clubs. The golfers who played thoroughly enjoyed the course and we will return, hopefully to a functional clubhouse.Reviewer Rating

Amazing these days to see a council investing in a golf course, which is great, but right now it's a bit of a mess due to the works - large greenside bunkers being reworked and it really does look like a building site. The greens are also in a pretty shocking state with large divots in many meaning no chance of a true roll from many lies.
All of this stuff can be understood IF the club tells you before you hand over your green fee and/or adjust the course price accordingly. Neither of these happened so left fairy disappointed.

Course is the best it has been for a number of year, if you have taken of your list I would have another look. Greens were excellent this weekend.

looks nice
me i would not rush back but would go again hopefully get a better tee it was very slow there was a four a three and a two in front we was held up all 18 holes the two should off been playing through the course has some fairways where the ball is below or above your feet not a fan the was a snack van on 10th so cold drinks and food was good as we had another long wait on the 10th(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 102 Handicap: 28.5)

Challenging course.
I play here every week and it is good value for money. The pace of play is very good and the condition of the course is good. The only negative is the club house hasn't been open for the best part of two years.3Reviewer Rating

Played Haste Hill a few times before and its a good public course, truthfully there is a lot of work going on around the greens for drainage, which will make the course better when finished, but got in the way a on this round.

Another close to home course that I play fairly often. Has some very big slopes on some holes and greens, plus several ditches to catch you out if you hit a good one too well, underhit or duff one from closer in. Has some fairly tight tee to fairway drives required, or else you are looking in the woods and ditches! My favourite hole is the Par 4 6th teeing off from the highest point of the course down to the green, you can see way down the hill, with great view of Northwood in the distance.

The course was average but good value for money, some the holes were very challenging, the course starts with a par 3 whcih is different from many I have played.

The Course started with a par 3 with was different, it has some good holes and some challenging holes, the course is not one of my faviourite courses I have played but still in ok condition and would play again as value for money

Well kept course, pretty short but this course really makes you think about your shot selection with ditch danger and good bunker placement. Always in good nick even through the winter

In very good condition since taken over by Hillingdon Council. Greens are now excellent. would recommend as very good value for money.

I played on the course yesterday (9th June) for the first time.
Thanks to the recent good weather, it was in excellent condition and I really enjoyed the wide fairways and long holes.
