The course is in superb condition the greens are like lightening. Bunkers are a little hit and miss but overall would definitely recommend

Greens lightning fast, course excellent conditions, lots of work going on around fairways but did not distract from course. GREAT VALUE

Very nice course to play, few repetitive holes but not too challenging, good for a confidence boost or to work on your play - def return!

the course was in perfect condition and the greens were superb it was a delight to play on a nice sunny day

Having played this course 3 times in the last two months have been impressed however slightly disappointed at the last couple of rounds + having a round cancelled due to weather even though it was playable two days before only an observation.
Course is extremely well kept with very forgiving large fairways and good targets for tee shots. Only 6 holes are unreachable in one shot however shots must be well placed.
Greens and Fairways are well kept and looked after, however ground staff have a tendency to interrupt rounds with mowing and sand blowing which can be frustrating.
Recently sand bunkers have been filled with water and a lot of standing water, would have appreciated the staff telling us this as we probably wouldn't have bothered playing as it meant that the course was relatively easy.
Better than the neighboring courses such as Burgess Hill and Lindfield.
Will need time to dry out now though.

One of a number of very reasonably priced newish courses in the Sussex Weald area. Established in the mid 70s but beginning to take on a more mature feel. Lots of water and carefully placed bunkers around. Overall, this course provides an interesting challenge which is belied a little by the course's official SSS of 66. Greens were in great shape - judging by my 30 putts total - and had some very interesting slopes and features. Very good course planner available - and recommended for 1st time visitors.
Facilities include a Pro-shop and an informal bar/restaurant. Extremely good value

Second time I've played here in last 12 months. Fantastic condition especially given the wet weather over the past few months. The greens are sublime. Well done Hassocks GC.
