Average Course at Best
Arrived as 3 x 4 balls of good to decent golfers , found ourselves behind a Visiting society of 40 playing a Ryder cup style event off the white tees ! Had to wait 10 minutes on every tee , one of our groups walked off the course after 9 holes which took 2 hours 45 mins , the other groups completed the 18 holes in 5 & 1/4 hours !! Poor course , felt at several times in danger of being hit ,would never return to play as not 1 hole of the 18 was memorable, bland , uninteresting & tatty , is only worth £10 green fee rather than the £27 we paid , in you enjoy nice courses , don’t go here !(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 92 Handicap: 15.9)

Nice course overall, but not so good when it's wet. Facilities are lacking, but set in a great location.

Course in good condition, greens well sanded and allowed you to be reasonably aggressive into the green. Second time of playing here and think the costs are a little high for the standard of course. 4 or 5 similar holes on the back 9. No breakfast option in the clubhouse book friendly enough.

Course was fine and despite length some challenging holes with mixture of woods and water hazards, course management needed here. Would play the course again.

Played late July. This is a course where you need to concentrate as it contains some challenges with sloping fairways. It is a course where you play 18 and think I must come back and play this again now I know it.

Lovely course with some tricky holes. Had to dash around due to the inclement weather coming in but would definitely go back when it's a bit drier and warmer.

Course is very well looked after with fairways and greens in excellent condition. Rough is not too deep but very punishing if you are unlucky.
Pro shop is well stocked with pro. Stuart very helpful
Clubhouse is adequate and made up for by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Food quality is good though menu is understandably basic

Warm welcome in the Pro shop. Playing in October means I didn't get to see the course at its best but all things considered it was in good nick. Most of the holes are open enough to allow the use of a driver off most tees. The greens are fairly big and on the whole rolled well. Would recommend.

A decent but not great course. Very challenging bunkers and greens. You certainly feel it in your legs. A few niggles. Not always that easy to find the next tee. 11th tee in bizarre position near the 4th green when I played (temporary tee?). Pylons on ninth a little annoying as I imagine a few replayed tee shots. A few more blind shots than I would like. 18th clubhouse a bit too close to green for comfort. 7 par 4's in a row to start is a little lacking in variety and the par 3's (only 3 of them) are disapointing. Overall though, good value for money. Just left a little disapointed having read such good reviews previously.
