Worth a visit
Played for second time in a week, weather was poor with so much overnight rain but course was open, no winter tees or greens and in good condition apart from surface water in places which was understandable, a good mix of holes and once you get by the hills at the start it's even better !!!Reviewer Rating

A real hidden gem on the south side of Glasgow. A parklands course that plays like a links course....brilliant!

Nice course and great value when booked online, paid £11 for a midweek round.
Course is pretty hilly, but still a really nice walk with absolutely brilliant views over Paisley, Glasgow and even as far as Lanarkshire and down through Ayrshire.
Course itself has links like qualities with the turf in sections as well as the foliage which surrounds the tight fairways. A challenging round for a high handicapper like myself, but still enjoyable. Good condition especially for the time of year, Greens pretty sandy but no complaints given the time of year.
Clubhouse had a buzzer on the door which unfortunately wasn't answered today so just left it, it was quite late and very quiet so I'm sure ordinarily there wouldn't be an issue. Nice modern well stocked shop.

Played the course yesterday in dry but windy conditions. The course was in very good condition, but i would say the rough is a nightmare. I didn\'t have the best of rounds, but lost a good few balls where the wind got up and if your in any type of heavy rough you\'ll usually lose the ball. Difficult test for 16+ handicap.

Greens are in good condition. Fairways are well kept. The rough is a nightmare.

Played this course last week and once more in the last 2 months, during the summer the course was in excellent condition with the greens and fairways well looked after and more recently at the start of their winter program everything was still good apart from a few winter greens in place which were still better than some regular greens at the local council courses. Staff were friendly and helpful as were the other players on the course fees were summer - £28per round or £35 day ticket winter - £15 per round.
Challenging course worth the money watch out for the rough it's notorious losing your ball in even the short rough bordering fairways is bad you have been warned

first 3 holes are very hilly, fast greens, deep rough, a good work-out, great views over glasgow, very exposed in places.
