Played at deane again.throughly enjoy this course.few challenging holes.staff very friendly.excellent club house.good price to,to play.will be playing there again soon.if you get the chance play this great course.well worth it.

A very enjoyable game
What a surprise,not played the course before ,but it was in great nik, green keepers out and about/very friendly taking care of the greens/bunkers.loads of interesting holes,with testings par 3s,not a long course,but you need to use your loaf with your course management ,ruff is severe, so driver not always needed.lost a couple today.signage not the best,and more sand required in some of the bunkers.but its must play in my opinion ,you wont be disappointedReviewer Rating

Played a few times last year.great course.firm fairways great greens.food was good.staff friendly.price good.great value.looking forward to playing again soon.a few tricky holes but so enjoyable to play them..cannot fault this club or course.you must play this course.a well looked after course.Reviewer Rating

Out and back course
Nice course with some interesting carries over a ravine which runs through part of the course. In great condition, greens on the slow side but looked fantastic would be improved if shaved a tiny bit lower. I had real trouble with the bunkers , I am almost always out first time but took two goes at every one here...Overall very enjoyable excellent tight testy driving course.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 102 Handicap: 24.9)

Lovely Course
Excellent course with very good greens. It is not too long but is still very challenging. Some of the holes are beautifully designed and are a joy to play. Managed to get a deal for£12 which really was a steal and would happily pay the full rate when next we return.Reviewer Rating

Played this course for first time and overall impression was a good one. Friendly welcome in pro shop and clubhouse. Friendly members. Course in great condition, greens true roll if a little slow but greens were carrying a little dew. Quite a short course so bigger hitters will be using a drive and wedge to most of par 4s. Some nice par 3 holes. Easy walk around no big hills. Would certainly play again.

In great condition if your looking for a course to suite all handicaps then no better all the par 3 s are challenging and what a par five if your going for a meal the lamb dinner is to die for \\\\A big thank you to all at Deane GC for a great day out

Very well conditioned course with good tee's and fairways and soft, yet well paced, greens. not a long course, but one where you must be accurate and it is a thinking golf course, with ravines or out of bounds coming into play on 7-10 holes. Very good putting greens that has a very similar green speed to that on the course. Extremely friendly staff and the pro shop was well stocked. Good snooker table

Played the course on 22/8/14 after heavy rain the night before,
The welcome at the pro shop was very friendly and helpful and as I was a first time visitor he went out of his way to explain the various hols on the course, he was a credit to the club.
The course was in excellent condition and a very good layout despite its short yardage, I will be visiting again in the future and would consider becoming a member if I lived closer to the course.
Well worth a visit and they do a special deal on Monday £12, gie it a try.

The course is quite demanding from the tee with tree lined fairways, there is a steep ravine that comes into play on various hole which means that apart from being accurate from the tee you still need to be fairly long in order to reach greens that are guarded by the ravine. The course is always in very good condition thanks to the excellent green staff who work hand in hand with the greens committee. With regards to the club itself, I sincerely doubt that there is a friendlier club anywhere in the country with members that make all feel very welcome. There are also excellent caterers who gladly meet all of your needs in the very comfortable dining area where you can enjoy wine or a pint of our first class beer served by our equally first class bar staff.

Played this course on bank holiday monday with a few friends, mixed handicaps and we all agreed that the overall condition of the course was fantastic, in particular the greens,it really is a credit to the greens staff, well worth the £12 monday special green fee,we will be back.
