Another Good Day
The course is in good condition, especially tees and greens. They continue to carry out work around the course and if you want to be picky, whilst there is sand in the bunkers, they are accompanied by a fair few stones. The food lets the place down, very sparing for the price. But overall a good atmosphere and well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

A bit muddy on fairways. Greens a little bobbly and with mud. However Greenkeepers ouit cutting greens which changed the speed for last 4/5 Greens!Reviewer Rating

Very friendly club
Continues to improve with every visit. Have recently suffered from animals/birds 'attacking' several greens but otherwise in good condition.Reviewer Rating

Very poor condition.
Course was not in good condition. Ignoring the work that is currently being carried out, an awful lot more needs doing. Tree roots and bare patches on greens etc. worn areas everywhere. Played before when it was in much better condition. Bacon roll consisted of 1 rasher of streaky bacon in a tiny ciabatta type roll. We started at 2 and were told we had to be back by 6 or lose our car keys. ( they were left with the barman !) Not one of the best I've played this year.Reviewer Rating

Nice course in great condition
A decent price for a midweek oldie like myself and course was in a good condition, with some marks on a couple of greens, but a few bunkers that were GUR. Nice bar area and seating outside, shop is small, but all the staff are niceReviewer Rating

Great conditions many bunkers gur
This course looks lovely at the moment only let down by the number of bunkers GUR. Other than that a good test and good on the eye, need accuracy off the tee and if the wind is up it's tricky. £26 for an afternoon round represents great valueReviewer Rating

Good condition except bunkers
Several bunkers as GUR due to no sand and no maintenance. However I only ever found one like that. The other 2 there was sand available. Tees a little long and patchy in places but fairways good and greens at a nice pace and resective, due to rain over last 2-3 days.Reviewer Rating

Good condition
I played this course in April and for the ?45 I paid it certainly was not worth it , I emailed the course for their thoughts and didn't get a reply .I thought I?d give it another try and have realised it's a lovely course in the summer but not so in the winter.Reviewer Rating

Course was in excellent condition, greens ran very true but the state of the bunkers diminishes the enjoyment of the course ,most bunkers have GUR signs which was virtually every hole which is unacceptable when paying £35!Reviewer Rating

Winter golf
We played the Darenth on the 29th November. In the few days prior we had some very heavy downpours. I have to say that the drainage was excellent. There was no water on the fairways and the greens were in excellent condition. Definitely a course for the winter conditions.Reviewer Rating

Muddy around the tees and Grees but playable
As with past years, Darenth have made every effort to keep the course playable but that means a few extra yards in walking from before the green to next tee. It does mean that around the green you still have payable lies and greens are good. Tees ok but some are showing wear'n'tear. Towards the end of the round the fairways are getting worse and plenty of worm casts and muddy patches where trolleys have been. Overall still "enjoyable" to play. I would klike someone to review the course Index though. This is not a below average course in terms of scoring!Reviewer Rating

Very friendly club
They continue to make improvements both on and off the course at this club. Work was going on around the green improving the bunkers - this is the only complaint - too many of the bunkers consist of compacted dirt or a mix of sand and stones. Need to keep up with this work to have a course to be proud of.Reviewer Rating

Nice course in great condition
Lovely course, not too long and all in a great condition. Fair price and nice facilities, my only issue was the lack of signage on the course, luckily my partner had played their before.Reviewer Rating

Good Condition
Witha bit of rain the ground softens up but a few times on this course the ball runs more than expected and other times stops dead. That applies to Fairways and greens. Not consistent enough to allow for great scoring. Greens need a bit more TLC but that should be helped by the golfers that are not repairing their pitchmarks. Rough wasn't penal like it can be but fair.Reviewer Rating
