Chevin is fantastic course. There was very little sign of damage from the recent bad weather and the fairways and greens were top class. This course is awesome!

Great condition PGA Pro Am
Course in good condition set up with tight pin position’s as you would expect for county wide Pro Am. greens in excellent condition. Fairways and bunkers well conditioned some great views from the elevated parts of the course.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 19)

Superb course
Possibly the best course in the East Midlands .A great Afternoon if you can manage the walk then it is a great course,you dont know weather to hit your shot or take a photograph of the stunning views.Course in great condition greens smooth and fast all in all throughly reccomend.Cannot comment on the eating or clubhouse facilities as did not use.Reviewer Rating

An Everest assault
Course, despite the rain, was in extremely good condition with both greens and fairways looking and playing well.A warm clubhouse welcome, followed by an eleven hole climb that in not mentioning words like " sheer" and "steep" I have understated. That did however not really detract, and though finishing rather tired, it was a course to be enjoyed.

Greens and clubhouse fantastic, fairways a bit lush and the rough was very penal. I am a 23 handicapper and found the sloping lies very challenging.

Played this on a beautiful sunny day (first this year!) and the course was in superb condition. Can't really fault the layout, greens or fairways - the few members we came across were very friendly.Well worth a visit if you can get in, and a real bargain for £80 for a 4 ball if you can get in.

Finally got to play this course last winter even though it's only a few miles from where I live. Not for the faint hearted or unfit! Starts off fairly flat and then climbs steeply to Everest like heights and then drops down again. Has got everything you could ask for in a course. Has got greens and tee boxes perched precariously on the sides of the hills, a huge par 3, long downhill par 4's where you can really open the shoulders and vicious sloping fairways. Home of possibly the nastiest little par 3 I've ever played, a tiny thin green - miss left and it's an impossibly steep chip down and miss right and you're 50 yards down in the valley! Brilliant.Lovely clubhouse and really friendly pro-shop.

Hilly (13holes going up!) but nice. Def worth a round. Watch out for the 200yrd blind par 3... Got to be a contender for hardest par 3 in Derbyshire??!

The Fairways catering side of the club were fantastic. We had a business meeting arranged there for 10 people and the facilities were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for the staff & the food & service was excellent, cant recommend highly enough.Reviewer Rating

The conditions were wet, but the course handled the conditions very well. The course is hilly, so there were some stunning views to enjoy. The course itself was well-maintained and provided a very challenging round of golf.

Very good course,first couple of holes level then start to go uphill to about the twelth hole,views from the "top" exceptional.All the greens beautifully cut and very fast with subtle borrows.Fairways well looked after.Clubhouse spacious ,good bar area, nice conservatory,very pleasant patio overlooking the first tee off.Food very good

Perfect course set up
Course in fantastic condisition for early october the green are faaaaaast.We got a hot deal on golf now for ?17 each. Wouldnt want to pay the usual ?30 every time when you can do 2 for one at morley for ?2 extra or even sinfin for ?15 each

Great condition and views
