Course was good although waterlogged in places. £30 for a round is not good value with the course in the current condition.

The fairways are patchy and muddy. The bunkers have a slight dusting of sand before you hit clay. The greens vary radically in speed from one hole to the next. The pathways from the green to the next tee are an accident waiting to happen. For a relatively forgiving course you can still expect a 5 hour round "the course that pace of play forgot".
With a bit of TLC this course could be a little gem. Foods quite good.

Whilst I appreciate the course is in good condition (apart from the bunkers) I think £18 with a member is steep for winter golf, I don't mind paying that in the summer but in winter the green fees should be reduced taking in to account you are playing in the freezing cold and off mats that had sunken tees!!!! Most courses in Gloucestershire only charge between £10 - £12 for 18 holes of golf in winter, get real Brickhampton!

Bunkers need better maintenance.
Shabby in places.
Greens not in the best condition compared to other courses.
Not the most exciting course, plain.
This course has winter mats for many, many months which are not in the best condition.

No chipping area. Everything a bit expensive. Full membership, driving range is expensive but that is Cheltenham for you.
