very hilly course and even though I enjoyed the round the attitude of some of the members as I went around the course left a lot to be desired.
clubs require visitors nowadays to come to their courses to survive financially and the ARE YOU MEMBERS question gets on my nerves. One even had the cheek to come over from a different fairway to ask if we had taken his ball.(where is the etiquette in that) My money is as good as theirs and I have just as many rights as them on the course and even as I say I enjoyed the course I will not be going back. I have given a poor rating because of the attitude of members but the course is good.

Played at Stockton golf week. I played terrible, but the course is challenging and I will play again next year.

Good condition
The course is in good condition even after all the rain the north east has had recently. Unfortunately there is a few winter greens on. Pretty difficult to navigate as the numbers on scorecard don't match up with normal hole numbers.Reviewer Rating

Requires you to have a brilliant short game
This is a course which requires you to have a brilliant short game in order to get the best of your ability. It is also a physical and mental endurance which you have to be well prepared for before you play the course.Reviewer Rating

Billingham beauty
