Course has dried out nicely over the last months. Think with growing season and continued maintenance it'll be in great shape for the summer. great value course.

Course is much improved since the new greenkeepers came in. done a fantastic effort. practise facilities are pretty poor. until they install gates/styles they'll suffer from motorbike damage.

First time back here in a few months. Greens were in the best condition i have ever seen them; although they were oddly a bit slow. Fairways and rough in good condition, however tee boxes on several holes were suffering, particularly the newer one's. I expect time and some more rain will help this. Next thing to look at has got to be bunker placement as many of them are simply not in play. Overall a good course which is getting better each month.

Improved a lot recently
Groundskeepers have been working their socks off to get the course back into good shape and it’s paying off! Sometimes confusing about where the next hole is but enough signs about to get you there eventually!Greens quite slow but can be an advantage for those of us who welly it.
Unbelievable value at £12 a round.

Very nice course
The course has been greatly improved recently with the green keepers working incredibly hard to get this course back to it's best. I've played here a few times in the past couple of months and for £12 it's great value.Reviewer Rating

We turned up to play 18, after getting lost as well as losing countless balls we decided to call it a Day. The course just looks abandoned, greens were very poor, fairways uncut and most of the Tees are not identified. All in all we agreed this is the worst course we have ever played.

Paid for 18 holes by only played 9 as the fairways where much to long and the greens where very poor. Even after hitting it down the middle of the fairway you would lose a ball.

Not bad
The course lay out is very nice, cut through some lovely woodland with some nice views. However it needs a bit of maintenance, fairways are a bit long & the greens are slow. I must say the bunkers are excellent though.I wasn't told before I booked that the 1st is closed, you start at the 2nd & the 18th has been made into a par 3 & a par 4. In fact the lad in the clubhouse was downright ignorant.
A little bit of care & this would be a cracking little course.

Course hadn't been mown due to a broken down mower, so the fairways and tee boxes were very poor. but the greens were pretty good. just needs a cut!

First time back here in a long time. really good condition. greens and tees generally good apart from 1st hole. fairways quite narrow but rough was forgiving. Great value for money and will definitely be back.

Played last year and the greens were awful... a friend recommended we return as it had improved. It has. Very average course, cant have too many complaints. Great layout and a real challenge. Worth a try, each to their own
