Played 18 holes (i.e. went round the 9 holes twice) in early August. Weather was changeable but not too windy. Beautiful course in a beautiful setting. Views of the sea from the 4th green and 5th in general are stunning. Very friendly staff and players. Most enjoyable

If you're looking for a something a little different this is a great course and don't let the 9 holes put you off, some of the holes are so good it was a pleasure to play them twice. With fabulous views over the bay trough the ruins of an old castle it made for a lovely round of golf. Good value for money excellent condition and very friendly staff. One point, if you play as a couple the ladies tees are way forward from the mens Played May 20014 h'cap 9

9 hole course set back from coast, so conditions do play a huge part similar to links.Course was soft under foot, so played a little longer, however a challenging little course. Would be easier in summer with run, but a good test all the same. Unfortunately sandwiched between two great links courses of Ballybunion and Tralee, but would be worth a visit if in the area.
