Avergae course. No clubhouse facilities. 9holes played twice tees are not too varied.

This is basically a nine hole course that is played slightly different as an eighteen hole course due to slightly different placed tees for the front and back nine. One hole does also have a different green for the back nine. The course is well maintained, and appears to have decent drainage, however does not really provide much of a challenge to the average golfer, apart from the 9/18 hole which is pretty good fun. I have marked the Facilities and Services as poor due to the fact that there are no real services - no club shop, no bar etc - although it should be noted that the staff and fellow golfers are always very courteous and polite.

Good place to start

Good course and value for money
Wide fairways which is good for beginners / high-handicappers. £12 unlimited play is good if you have the time to make good use.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 106 Handicap: 27.3)

Great course for med-high hcp, shropshire
Steady course, great for getting back up to speed with the game when not played for a while. Rough is very manageable and easy to find your ball. Good value for money course in the Shropshire area.(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 25)

Fairways need a spray lots of taraxacum officianale in them, Lot of laying grass in semi rough.Bunkers could do with some new sand in them.Staff very friendly in club shop.

A very strange layout with 18 holes and only 10 greens, well maintained tho and thourally enjoyed myself, a friendly place with a good 20 bay driving range. A fair price on both a bucket of balls and the green fee I would wear my tin hat tho on a busy day!!

Good course at a fair price

Great affordable golf
I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course, I'm new to the game and have played at a few different clubs. I have to say this is the friendliest club I have visited in Staffordshire, staff and members alike.
