Fantastic Greens
Really enjoyable round with very competitive green fee (?18 after midday, midweek). Nice layout with trouble lurking. Quality of the greens was excellent - rolled true and pace was fantastic.Warm welcome from members and staffReviewer Rating

On arrival we headed to the pro shop and were met by the resident pro who was very helpful to our questions and even threw in a free pitch repairer to each of us. The practice facilities were good and the putting green was so immaculate that we didn't want to step on it.
The layout of the course is very good and it has a very relaxing scenic attitude about it. Fairways and greens were very good but the bunkers did disappoint in that they were inconsistent and stoney.( Thankfully I only hit two).
After finishing we headed to the clubhouse and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The pleasant surroundings of the courtyard where we ate and drank finished off what was a superb day and we will be returning there in the very near future.

I'd like to keep this a secret but....
The course is playing really nicely at the moment - slick greens and beautiful array of tree colours. The 19th hole is worth the cost of the round alone - really lovely, friendly staff with good beer and food.This is a real gem of a course

Lovely course
Very well kept. Cheap on a Thursday. Greens were great. Fairways the same. Absolutely no complaints apart from a few more directions to the holes are needed.(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 96 Handicap: 24.4)
