North vs South | History | Rules & Format

The 4th year in the North vs South annual event saw the event move to a Central location with the intention of a fixed venue for future year rather than the changing venues.

2010 also saw the event a fully Matchplay focused event with the Individual stableford, long drive and nearest the pin formats dropped for 2010.

The Match was a hard fought game from the outset with the Captains leading the way and taking the challenge right to the 18th green.  Team North Captain Martin Millichip sealed victory and his team followed suit despite a tough challenge from the South team.  The North were outright winners regaining the Trophy with a 12 1/2 to 7 1/2 win.
