Sometimes it pays to be persistent, as dedicated Sergio Garcia fan Mark Johnson has discovered after an effort that began in July. Having spent 206 consecutive days tweeting the Spaniard a barrage of comments and random observations, all concluding with the hashtag #LetMeCaddieForYou, the Ryder Cup legend finally broke his silence, granting the 40-year-old father of two a cherished opportunity to caddie for him in the pro-am of the British Masters this September.
