The Best Hybrid Golf Clubs of 2025
Hybrid golf clubs have been around for many decades, but it's only since the early 2000s that they have become more common and a regular addition to most golf bags.
They can be a useful tool for golfers who want a club that can be a handy substitute for a longer iron and provide an easier strike and greater levels of consistency through a variety of lies.
If you are searching for a new hybrid this year, Golfshake's Equipment Expert Ryan Rastall has picked out his favourites for 2025, and you can see what he thought in a video that you can watch below or directly on YouTube, where he provides a full overview of each club and explains why he selected each of them.
Should you be looking for a hybrid that can make a positive difference to your game this season, please read on!
PING G440
PING's new G440 hybrids have been engineered to suit a variety of skill levels as each model has been created to fit different ball flights. The slightly fade-biased 2 hybrid will be favoured by many, while the draw-bias 5, 6 and 7 hybrids provide an intriguing option too. The 3 and 4 hybrids are designed with straighter ball flights in mind, but they all share a shallower and thinner face design, which encourages faster speeds and a higher launch.
TaylorMade Qi35
Bringing together acclaimed TaylorMade innovations such as Twist Face, an ultralightweight Carbon Crown and True-Slot Speed Pocket, these hybrids will work for the majority of golfers and benefit from a multi-material construction consisting of chromium carbon, steel and aluminum to offer golfers consistent performance and greater versatility from any lie they encounter on the course.
Wilson DYNAPWR
Artificial Intelligence was a major component in the construction of these hybrids and the Wilson DYNAPWR is an exciting product for golfers as it features multiple sweet spots across the whole face, which enhances speed and is more forgiving, while it has a low centre of gravity to support a higher launch and forged construction that delivers strength and superb feel.
Callaway Elyte
Callaway's most adjustable hybrid yet, this is most suited for those golfers who favour a neutral flight in a mid-sized profile, with heel-toe weights being able to be customised for different shot shapes. Its 13g tungsten and 3g aluminum weights can be swapped to switch between a neutral and draw ball flight - which should appeal to many out there!
Titleist TSR3
Part of Titleist's new range of hybrids, the GT3 offers exceptional workability and forgiveness along with a mid-high ball flight. It features a smaller, more iron-like profile in its design, but the improved perimeter weighting boosts MOI considerably compared to the prior generation to make it easier to hit, while heel-toe CG adjustability means you can optimise your setup.
Srixon ZXi
Leaning on the foundations that they share with the ZXi drivers, Srixon's new hybrids have been created to deliver faster ball speeds and exceptional performance from all lies on the course. They're also highly adjustable and feature a larger head size and volume, while the toe and back sides are also slightly larger than past models to add forgiveness and inspire more confidence at address.
