The course has lots of potential but is let down by things that could be put right at very little cost. There are some great holes on the course. The tees, fairways, and greens were in pretty good order in general. The greens could have done with a cut but it had been wet over the previous few days. Some of the bunkers could have done with some more sand in them. The main problem was the lack of signage. The holes need proper distance markers on the tees and directions from greens to tees need to be made clearer. More bins are needed along with ball cleaners. Overall a good experience if a little expensive based on the cost of other "Tee Off Times" courses.

Played this course for the second time, it has matured since i last played here - disappointingly the club house is still situated in a portacabin. There is a good variation of holes throughout the course has been sculptured in man made valleys so it is important to keep to the fairways. The rough is very rough and we only found the odd snake in it!! The greens were in good condition and most had undulations which made putting tough. The fairways needed a cut, clover flowers camouflaged our ball on a number of times. 150yd markers are present but a bigger challenge is moving from green to next tee the course lacks some directional arrows with NUMBERS on!! Good course, needs polish - £22 weekend for visitors.

The course is in great condition, the club is still a porter cabin, they still advertise this great club house they want to built........but doesn't seem to be happening!!, when asking about the club house is got a cocky answer, their are also only 2 or 3 bins around the course, tee not mark up properly........you would think by now they would have proper boards with the correct yards on and information. And we have an increase in golf fees!!!!!.........but I will say still say its a great course.

Lots of thought gone into the layout of course, with clever use of water hazards and landscaping. Although wet, was nice to be on fairways and greens. The greens not huge but add to the challenge. Although I played poorly and, as a consequence, found the length ( 6200+ ) a struggle I would look foward to a revisit next year to play a course which has lots of potential as it continues to mature. Very warm welcome even if the facilities were modest. Good luck to everyone there.

Given the recent wet weather the course played very well with the greens still in use. No temp tees and no temp greens is a bonus on any golf course. Fairways banked by man made slopes gave an almost links feel to some of the holes. Will play there again.

Enjoyed a few rounds here this year. Nice course with challenge for a beginner like me! Yes the greens are not the best, but they are playable. Will be a fantastic course in a few years without doubt.

BIG course! Very new course, wide fairways, plenty of water traps! The greens are a lot better than the last time I played here, although too many undulations for me. Makes for some tricky putts. Special after 5.00pm fee of £12 makes it great value!!!

Good course, but very new and not helped by the weather - Could do with some bunkers to add a bit more character.

Very new course that still requires time to mature especially the greens. A good mix of long and short holes designed with lots of landscape banking lakes and streams. Not all of the bunkers have sand in them yet and as I mentioned the greens will need time to mature as they are like putting on a winter temporary green at the moment. The placement of some greens means they are in danger from tee shots on nearby holes, this will make this course very dangerous if it ever gets busy. That said taking each hole on its own merit there is only one maybe two that let this course down. Porta-cabin for a club house but it is friendly and has changing rooms and sells hot drinks, pop, and snacks. worth a play but dont expect much for a few years, full membership under £600.

All just to let you know thaty this course closed on the 23rd of September 2016 due to insolvency - it does not look like it will open its gate to the great game again - will keep you posted.
