Second time played this course, this time played 1-18. Last year the course beat me, being very tight any wayward drives punished. This year a bit wiser kept things straight and enjoyed it much more. Course in excellent condition, lush fairways , fantastic greens, quite quick. Tight fairways, few water hazards, a good test and a must for anyone staying at a Pestana Hotel. Would definatly play again.

First time playing this course in January 2013, as it has only recently been added to the Pestana group's courses. On the outskirts of Vilamoura, it's quite a long way from their other courses, and if you're not staying at a Pestana hotel/resort, this would be the most expensive course to play of the ones Pestana own.
Don't know when it opened, but the course seems well established, and was in very good condition when we played in January 2013, with good greens, fairways and bunkers. I didn't play well, and even the strokesaver couldn't help when I couldn't put the ball on a good line from tee or fairway! I'll look forward to trying this one again at some time.

Excellent challenge, for my 18 handicap, the fairways were just too narrow, the greens just a little to small, very fast (over10) and hard to read, but still happy to get 30 points. its a course that hwne you come the 18th, you want to go and play again.
