Excellent, well worth a visit

Played the course 20/04/2018 with golf society (14 players). Lovely welcome, bacon buns and coffee, followed by 18 holes. Course in fantastic condition even though horrendous weather the last two weeks.Fairways in excellent condition, wayward shots are not punished to harshly, apart from water hazards. Excellent greens, all undulating. Brilliant views. Well worth a visit. You wont be disappointed whatever your handicap

Great Course

Always good to play, but particularly when the weather is bad, not many courses in the North East hold up as well, unless it's a Links.

Great course to play in winter, still on tee boxes and normal greens . Only closed when it snows. Quite a forgiving course, especially for us ?slicers?

Great course

Sharpley is maturing and getting better. It's also a great winter option as it drains really well. I love the place, and the greens are always interesting to putt on. All in all, well worth a visit.

Would never have known it was covered in snow two days ago. Drainage is second to none. This is definitely the ‘go to’ course in the winter. Greens weren’t great but obviously the heights had been raised for winter and recent maintenance had been carried out. The only downsides were slow play in front and people not able to repair pitch marks.

Very picturesque

Stunning location, this relatively new course is maturing nicely.
some superb holes and bone dry despite the recent heavy rain with a lot of nearby courses closed. Well worth a visit. 10 out of 10.

All year round golf

The best all year round course in the north east. For Oct - Feb forget slayley and close house, this is the course to play. Great drainage and mint greens. Never disappointed.
