A fairly good layout badly needing some tender loving care. The greens were full of weeds and rabbit scrapes and the holes had probably never been moved this year. The tees were just closer cut fairway with markers. A few direction arrows to the next tee would help. Fairlydistinct fairways but no semi rough to speak off. A very poorly managed course not worth the money but at least it was quiet
