On our recent visit to Florida, we left this one until last, having played it twice last year, it was something to look forward to and it never disappoints. Always a friendly welcome, cart is brought to your car to collect bag, small pro shop, nice bar/restaurant. courteous advice on the course. (don't go past the red stakes). Diamondback always strikes me as English with sunshine. wooded, a thinkers course, superb greens, wildlife, and a lovely finish, the 16th, 18th down both sides of the lake and a nice little par 3 17th at the top.Reviewer Rating

As in most courses in Florida very good personal services. You are greeted at bag drop zone and your bag is loaded by staff from your car onto the free inclusive cart. After round you again greeted and bag returned to your car for yoy without ever having to manhandle it. Your clubs are also cleaned. The course is well maintained but almost all out of bounds you are not allowed to search for ball on the grounds it is conservation area. As the fairways are quite narrow take plenty of balls! All ladies tees are in front of water/swamp areas so not so daunting especially if a beginner. Very recommended all round and very friendly feel to place. Fees are reasonable - and negotiable. Can get in even at late notice.
