Challenging course
A very tactical course with long par 3s and requires the player to think about positional play. Elevated greens are a test and if the wind gets up could be 2 or 3 more clubs. Despite the lockdown course is coming back to its best.Reviewer Rating

Stunning
Great course this one. Starts in fairly typical Spanish style. Then starts to wind its way around the rock crags of the mountain. Then finishes with three holes around the lake and bordered by streams and a waterfall. A personal favourite course.We visited just after some devastating floods in the region. Only sign here was that the bunkers were all GUR.

Superb course!
This was a beautiful and challenging course that should be an essential stop on any golf tour around Murcia.It had a great variety of holes with undulations, water and a variety of type and length of hole so that all bases were covered.
The 1st offers a relatively easy start (although looks daunting with so many bunkers) but it soon toughens up.
The 5th is a short par 4 fine risk/reward hole where you have to be long off the tee to consider a pop at the green, otherwise it's an iron lay-up.
On the back 9, the view from the 11th tee is a particular highlight and the 13th is a good stroke index 1 with plenty of sand and water to justify that tag. A nice run of holes coming home too.
All in all a really good course. Go and play it!

Stunning
Set amongst rocky outcrops for the most part, this is a beautiful golf course and a delight to play. The closing holes are especially lovely with streams running alongside. The greens are in fantastic condition and running true.Reviewer Rating

Great course
Fabulous course with interesting and challenging holes. Good paced greens and pace of play was decent - got round as a four ball in 4 hours.Nice to end in front of the clubhouse

Always great
this course never fails, its a hidden gem and you always get millionaires golf! the condition of the course are stunning! even with a bit of rain fall the greens were still fast and fairways were running well.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 81 Handicap: 5.4)

I have played El Valle many times and this year it was in the best condition it has ever played, the tee boxes were in fair condition, the fairways were pristine and the greens were a very good pace and rolled very well.

Loved this course. The 11th is one of the best holes I have ever played, the views are stunning from the tee. 9 of us were in the region for 5 rounds and this was our favourite course. It wasn't the quickest round, the course was busy but with the sun shining it was a great experience. Can't wait until we return next year

This was by far the best course that we played on in 6 Days. Some magnificent holes that to stand and look at on the tee is amazing and the Course itself is in fantastic condition. Another course which by local standards has lots and lots of sand everywhere. This is a gem and I would highly recommend this.

Great challenging course! Took us a good 5 hours to get round, back nine made us work hard & tested us all the way to the 19th ????
We stayed onsite at a wonderful villa on Ambar (only 10 minutes walk). Would highly recommend it! (Details can be found @ www.elvallegolfresort.net)

another top quality spanish course which has to go on your list of must visit. usually windy but not monster long which makes it fair. great greens. superb clubhouse patio which overlooks 18th green
