Driving range is open and under new management. New mats, new balls, best prices aroundOpen 9am - 9pm everyday.
No booking proceedure. Clubs to for free hire.
30 balls £3, 60 balls £5, 120 balls £8.

Just played course yesterday only paid £6!!!! For 9 holes really really pleased. Course itself was in very good condition. Greens well kept and staff on course were friendly abunkers being worked on. Is cafe open now which felt course needed. Played other courses which less value for money.

Quite a good course in terms of length and difficulty, however the course needs quite alot of attention, very little sand in the bunkers for one, I have experienced personnel driving cars onto the actual course itself (which I'm sure would put you off your shot) in addition to this inconsiderate play, I have often found myself waiting to tee off as the greens are still being cut infront of me, on one occassion, for which I can only describe as idiotic, the greenskeeper was driving around the greens so much like a lunatic that he had lost control of his machinery thus falling off and leaving the machine upright in a ditch!!!!! (very hard to play around)

Just played this course on Sunday & I must say it was a very enjoyable day out. The course was in lovely condition & greens were good. It has a really nice driving range there with friendly staff, good value too.

having not played here for a while i took my daughter to play her first game, now this is may and the course in places what not playable, the grass has not been cut the greens have not been given any love or attention, no sand in the bunkers, bit like playing in a bog, the driving range is ok but most of the ball feeders are not working, the course used to be good bu i think the owners have let it go

Looking at the card you'd think this course won't put up much of a challenge....think again. Tee shots need to be good on some fairly narrow fairways and tight approaches if you end up in the trees you'll find it tough getting a shot to the green.
It looks like they are continually improving the course and the club house is finally up and running! Some bunkers need some maintenance and being a muni players tend to over look their responsibilities to rake up after themselves.
The greens are ok after a particularly harsh winter tho a little bare in places still run true.

Played in early August & found course in good condition - greens in particular were very true as my putting was red hot.
Driving range was quiet so had plenty of time to groove my swing - that day anyway

Course is soaking wet through all year round. Is very cheap. Easy to get on. Unfortunately therefore not the best to play (Through May the ball was plugging on a number of fairways).
