Played the new Course last week and loved it.

There had been a LOT of rain in the previous couple of days and overnight but the course drained well and there no soggy spots. The greens ran true and the course as whole was in good condition.

There is mix of tricky holes (5 and 6 come to mind) and a few tight tee shots but the course is generally fair and enjoyable for a mid handicapper and good value.

I would visit again and recommend this course for others.

My playing partners all prefer walking to using buggies but a buggy has to be recommended as the course is a long walk from the clubhouse and the walk to some tees can also be a trek. You always seem to be going uphill. The course was enjoyable and narrow in places with sloping fairways. Most greens were impossible to read. The tee boxes were not well maintained which was in contrast to the old course. The bunkers are the best I have ever played

A golf coarse in really good condition ,it's views are amazing and the greens are extremely quick.
It's a coarse where you have to plot your way round and think about what club to take off every tee as on this coarse it's far better to take an iron of the tee rather than smashing a driver to far and into trouble you will play this coarse differently second time around with fantastic weather on a lovely coarse it's fantastic.

Played twice in 4 days (June 2013), course is undergoing restoration/improvement work which did not interfere with our 4 ball. Not too difficult for 18/20 handicappers but just enough to make it interesting. Good track for long hitters with wide Fairways and just enough water to keep you honest. A good day out at a reasonable cost.

the course had been closed for 2 days due to rain so was very busy. as you would expect the course was in great condition although a little wet in places. greens again were good and quick. tight fairways and some small greens give a great challange.

Played it at its worse after 3 weeks of heavy rain but it was a real test good quality but very tight, some fairways seem like thet're about 20 yards wide with danger everywhere,
would reccomend it

Only thing about this course, is that the club house bar outside seating area looks straight out onto their car park! Its a real shame as the view from the restaurant inside the club house is really nice.
