Just reopend and needs some serious attention
What a shame. All that time wasted by the owners has delivered a playable course but with far too many bunkers in very poor condition and whose rims are untrimmed, leaving a 10" forest to trap your ball in an unplayable position. Greens were fine. Not good value until the green-keeping catches up.Reviewer Rating

Not bad, better courses in the area though. Pinhal was the best by far of the three we played (the other was Laguna which backs onto Millenium).

the front 9 is a good test, accuracy is a must off the tee.The back 9 is a lot more open and a bit bland.
the club house has very good facilities, the only let down on that front was the menu was very limited, but they were refurbishing the bar at the time.

A very nice course, interesting mix of holes. Not as hard as some of the other local courses (Old Course or Victoria) so some welcome relief. Better than Laguna, well worth a visit.

Difficult course in strong winds. Holes are very fair when the wind is less strong and quite varied. Greens were not consistent in terms of speed. Bunker sand a bit thin. A good course but there are others in the Oceanic group that compare favourably to it.
