What the club says: The Simon Gidman designed Golf Course - a challenging par 72, 6622 yards - is a perfect example of effective course planning which balances the natural contours of 205 acres of delightful Wiltshire countryside with features to excite and test players of all skills and ambitions. Developing and maturing as years go by, Wrag Barn is, of course, ever improving.
Academy Course - Wrag Barn also boasts a 6-hole academy course where golfers can test their short-game skills, and where beginners can learn the game.

Course in good condition apart from a couple of greens with bare patches. Played off the whites which aren’t too different to the yellows.

Wrag Barn
Greens receptive, millionaires golf of a Friday afternoon with nobody in front or behind. Nice course with a variety of holes. As always hit it straight and you stay out of trouble.Reviewer Rating

Best course within 10 miles of Swindon
Very welcoming club, course in good condition for the time of year- dry no temporary tee boxes or greens. Bit of run on the fairways, green receptive but rolled true. Small driving range to warm up on. Great layout, love 18th up the hill driving off over a lake- very enjoyable roundReviewer Rating

In good shape
Played as a guest partner in Club Seniors Open and enjoyed every minute. Course in very good condition considering recent very dry weather and played extremely well. Greens first class.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 22.7)

Course is struggling with the recent weather. Fairways and the rough pretty desperate for a rainfall. But despite this the Tee boxes and the greens are in superb condition.
The course was really well flowing and for my first time playing here i didn’t have to pull my picture i took of the map out.
Some holes really challenging big greens with plenty to catch you out. Bunkers are very good quality.
Pro shop is a half decent size and attached to the beautiful club house.
Good food at the restaurant was very impressed. Even the club house doggie liked the odd chip or two.
The two for Tuesday deal is great!!!
Staff are nice and an all round good experience. If i was in the area again i would defiantly return!

Great course
Always well manicured, lovely greens especially in the summer months. Great layout with many different holes to keep you challenged. As a regular I'm probably a bit blase about just what a lovely course this is but visitors will be impressed.Reviewer Rating
