What The Club Says
Set within the magnificent wooded countryside of the High Weald of Sussex adjoining Tilgate Forest Park, this outstanding location offers unparalleled views. The park covers some 400 acres and was once part of the Tilgate Estate, which covered much of the surrounding area. Tilgate Forest is now classified as a country park and conservation area with golf being just one of the many activities on offer.

Tilgate park
Course was flooded in places after heavy rain but not too bad, didn't like the constant walkers walking across the fairways and the dogs nicking the balls. Personally won't play here again .Reviewer Rating

really good course only plays well spring to autumn after that its a no go areagood challenging holes and could be so much more

Still muddy in places
Certainly not as dry as other GC in the are, I am sure. Still plenty of work to be done in terms of drainage. However greens not too bad but 10th and 11th on tempsReviewer Rating

Tilgate Forest
Based on the outskirts of Crawley, I loved this fully mature, tree lined hidden gem. The greens were as good as any I've ever played, most holes were interesting, fair and challenging. We played on a beautiful sunny day . Bunkers are my only complaint- they were either mostly poor or g.u.r.Reviewer Rating
