What the club says: Shotts Golf Course was designed by the world famous golf course architect, James Braid. Since then only minor changes have been made to the course which have added to the character of the golf course. The picturesque views surrounding the moorland golf course are not to be missed.

Played the course for the second time today,a bit wet under foot due to the amount of rain this week, but the course was in good condition greens were good.will challenge any handicap you should play it.

nice course, would be great if it was dry
pretty water logged, so no run out, yardage sometimes questionable. Would play again in the dry, the course is not protected from the elements, weather stayed dry on the day make sure you go prepared.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 104 Handicap: 24.1)

Played for the first time.the course played well.as it had a lot of water the day before.was windy too.will challenge any handicap

i was a member here for 6 years and due to work commitments decided not to join this year .if your looking for a great test of golf and warm welcome from members this is well worth a look,i will be joining next year again.
