Good Price but expect to get what you pay for. Scenic and fairways reasonable but greens are really poor and bunkers impossible as very little sand. In fairness to greenkeepers it must be difficult to maintain when no one appears to repair pitch marks that were an unavoidable nightmare

Course in excellent condition
The course was in excellent condition with green perfect and fairways and rough the right combination. Challenging course. Layout can be a little confusing between green and tee on a few holes. I would definitely recommend to any level of golferReviewer Rating

The course was in good nick apart from a few holes ruined by bikes but was still puttable.
The coures it's self hilly but great played first time yesterday will be going back for sure

Good course but not at it's best
First time playing Rother Valley, good practice facilities with driving range on site. Sparsely stocked pro shop. Course in decent enough condition for time of year, a little worn in places especially around the greens. Greens themselves in fair nick, true enough run on them but not the biggest. Quite hilly in places with great views at the top of the course. A couple of tricky holes especially par 3 11th where good hit needed. Would I be returning, probably.Reviewer Rating

Very good course well worth visiting
course was in excellent condition with fairways very well cut some interesting holes with testing greens in excellent condition all rounded off with very good food facilities even after being delayed well into afternoon by extremely slow play in front of uswe are regular visitors so will be back hopefully on a different day to Friday

Average course, quite long in places, great par 3 7th. open fairways, could be better but not a bad course

Better than expected
Better than expected considering all the rain we have had recently.Fairways were very soft in parts which meant the ball did not roll far and the odd one plugged.Reviewer Rating

Nice, varied course in great condition in the summer months, in winter drainage not as good as some others perhaps, but by far the best value at £10 with some of the best views of any course locally. Maybe a little easier than other courses to play, my score is generally lower here, but no bad thing! Recommend 100%.

played this course on the 15th may the greens were the worst i have ever played on. if i had payed full price i would have gone back and asked for my money back after the 3rd hole. having played this course a few times i was very disapointed.
