What The Club Says
The Club sits just above the Camel Estuary, a mile from St Enodoc and boasts spectacular views to Newlands Island.
The Point is all about inclusivity, making sure that there is something for every member of your group to delight in. Facilities include; an 18 hole golf course, driving range and practice area; a health club with a gym and studio for classes, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Tennis and Padel tennis courts are also on tap. The clubhouse also features its own Restaurant and Bar which serve delicious food using locally sourced produce with views out to sea. With all this choice, boredom simply doesn’t exist here.
The course itself has benefitted from considerable investment in the past decade and is now regarded as one of the finest coastal parkland courses on the Cornish peninsula and is just a mile away from the Top 100 Church Course at St Enodoc. The latest investment in the course at The Point will see a state-of-the-art irrigation system installed during 2023 further enhancing the presentation of the course.
The accommodation at The Club in the shape of stunning modern apartments rivals anything in the County, which together with the onsite complimentary Health Club and pool make it an ideal base to explore the delights of North Cornwall.

Unknown outcomes off the tee but lots to like…
Played for the first time having played Perranporth the previous two days so a bit like comparing grass fed rib eye with a Big Mac. Played on an exceptionally windy day so the fast, very sloppy greens were an incredible challenge (beyond me!) but they were in great condition and the ball rolled true, Fairways not so good, baked and patchy, tees not brilliantly marked and when you nail a drive straight over a marker post and lose your ball, you do wonder! SI 1 needs a health warning! Overall, a better than average resort course with some interesting holes, efficient pro shop and greens that will keep you awake at night.Reviewer Rating

I was very impressed with the course, had no idea it was there, been staying in the area for years, it’s a great alternative to closer fat more expensive options.Good test of golf, especially with a keen breeze, a lot of investment is evident, greens are good, bunkers are excellent, they even have sand in them, unlike our home county equivalents.
Club house is excellent, lots of room in and out, good beer and food, reasonable prices which around here is rare
Will defo be back again, give it a try.

Enjoyed our round at The Point
Four of us played pairs stroke play at The Point on Saturday. We really enjoyed our round of golf. The weather was good as we eased around the course with the use of buggies. We thought it was a challenging track and a fair test of golf skills. The buggies were in good condition, as was the course. Fairways, greens, bunkers were all well prepared well.Reviewer Rating
