I can't see where the previous reviewer got his information from. My pals and I played the course on the 25th April 2017 and we all thought the course was in really good condition. Okay so there is a bit of work going on to change a few things but it certainly did not detract from our enjoyment. The fairways were good. The greens were excellent and the bunkers were ALL raked. Maybe he had been following some hackers! The club Pro was very friendly, polite and helpful as were the staff in the clubhouse. We have played Maywood 4 or 5 times now and have been very happy on every occasion and on a value for money scale would grade you 12 out of 10. We'll be back!!

Played last week for the first time as looking to become a member.
The gentleman in the pro shop was extremely friendly, and gave us a brief a course overview.
Really good course, some tight fairways to test you but overall really good - will definitely play again.

Great deals for rounds, course gets better each round, pity it's not a bit closer to play regularly. Would recommend, very tight mid course but helps to keep it straight, but how does that...!!!!

The lady in the bar and the pro were incredibly friendly. The course is great value for money. Played on Groupon.

Great value for money. ?10 after 3pm fantastic value.
Lovely course. Bit up and down but some superb elevated tees. Greens pretty good.

Really great looking parkland course in lovely condition, no complaints about the general course at all. Main issue I have was with the course layout as there are a number of shared tees and holes which cross over which lead to a slow game, over 4 hours for 2 of us. Combined with no booking system this could be problematic if you arrive at a really busy time.
