5 Cut grass left to dry on fairways..... Bundles of hay everywhere stopping fairway shots in their tracks. Fairways very hard in summer - like playing on concrete - Many dried tractor tyre marks too.
Some greens are excellent, but some are very poor, with hard, dried mud and solid rabbit droppings in the way.
4 holes get waterlogged in heavy rain.
Avoid after very hot, or very wet weather
Any other time, it`s a decent course, very good value for money, and a couple of really challenging holes.

5 This is a lovely course set in a convenient location. It has a floodlit driving range, short game practice area, shop, and lies next to a lovely cafe. What's not to like? It is a Par 3 course (9 holes) with two Par 4's. A good but fair challenge and reasonably priced. It also accommodates a cycle hub for the really active so have a great day out at this great facility.

5 Overall a good value for money 9 hole course. The fairways and greens are well kept, although the bunkers could do with some improvement. The small shop is well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good course for beginners or younger players, but it can get very busy in the summer especially at weekends.
