What the club says: Kingsbarns Golf Links is proud to be part of the heritage of links golf in St Andrews. Located 7 miles south east of the ’home of golf’, the game has been played on the site since 1793.

Kyle Phillips designed this Top 100 Ranked golf course and by setting it in an amphitheatre along the coast, nearly every hole boasts spectacular views of the North Sea. Each Autumn Kingsbarns joins the Old Course, St Andrews and Carnoustie Golf Links as a co-host of the European Tour’s prestigious Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

without doubt the best golf course I have played...we had a great day weather wise and played in Polo tops all the way round only a slight breeze which made the yardage easier to club on....greens were fantastic for the end of October and everything about the experience was very special....a golfing highlight for what was my 252nd golf course

An outstanding course, possibly the best I have ever played. The club, course and staff were all outstanding making it a truly memorable experience. Expensive but as a one-off it was well worth it

Glorious, rolling landscape with plenty of elevated tees and wonderful views up the Fife coast. Generous fairways but the early season greens were a little bumpy.

Fully lives up to its billing as one of the top UK courses. It can be tough in places but always rewards good shots and leaves you feeling it was an enjoyable challenge. The magic of the course is that it feels like it's always been there despite being a relatively new links. A true gem
