Kingsbarns Golf Links is proud to be part of the heritage of links golf in St Andrews. Located 7 miles south east of the ’home of golf’, the game has been played on the site since 1793.
Kyle Phillips designed this Top 100 Ranked golf course and by setting it in an amphitheatre along the coast, nearly every hole boasts spectacular views of the North Sea. Each Autumn Kingsbarns joins the Old Course, St Andrews and Carnoustie Golf Links as a co-host of the European Tour’s prestigious Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

One of the best courses I've ever played
From the initial greeting as we arrived everything was outstanding.The staff greeting you and checking you in were friendly and efficient, we had some lunch before our round, the food was great and staff inside were chatty, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs.
The course was in great condition, it had only opened a few days before the round so that was to be expected. The pace of play was excellent, to the point that for most of the round we felt like there was no one else on the course with us even though it was busy.
All in all not only one of the best courses I've played but also one of the best golf experiences I've had. I'll definitely be going back again!

Great Experience
We played with 2 men from Australia. We had a forecasts who greatly enhanced the experience with his local knowledge of the greens and ho to approach each gree.Reviewer Rating

Kingsbarns
Amazing course with terrific views and facilities. I’ve been lucky enough to play it many times and have played it for free a few times.I would play it every day and be happy.
I live in St. Andrews so Kingsbarns is only 5 miles up the coast.
It’s a belter of a course.
