Great course layout with a tight tough front nine
Greens in good condition however very very slow in comparison to other courses in the area apart from that well recommended

Course in good condition considering the weather that we have had. Needs some water but that's it

Awaiting cutting machine
Waiting for a cutter to do the fairways, at the moment they are a bit long due to machine breaking down. Will play again when completed. Did find the price of the buggies a bit on the expensive side, 10 pounds above the normal 15 pounds.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 115 Handicap: 22)

worst course in north west

shocking
This shouldn't really be classed as a golf course. To be fair there are a few nice holes but the condition is shocking.Played on a sunny weekend when every other course in the north west is in its best condition and Fishwick hadn't even bothered to cut the fairways. Absolutley no difference between fairway and rough and old grass cuttings everywhere.
You know its not good when your ball is sat down in the fairway.

A fantastic course with friendly staff
Played at fishwick a few times now and the course is always in good condition, the club pro is very friendly and helpful, all the members we met were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely play there again.The course isn't the trickiest but it is more of a positional one as opposed to a long hitters paradise.

Played this course for first time. Very friendly welcome in pro shop, who took time out to show me where to go for practice, first tee, bar area etc, nice touch. First hole, blind tee shot over a brow, sign of things to come? Course quite hilly in parts, front nine quite flat, back nine tests your stamina. Course in generally decent condition just needs a little tlc in places, some greens were very patchy which made putting difficult on them. Stand out hole, par 5 2nd from elevated tee.

Not played for about 2 years, and it has gone down hill fast, the course is full of cut grass shavings, there are no ball washers either.
